Monday, 23 June will be our soft opening day and we're so excited to welcome you to your new favourite hangout!
What is pickleball, and how do I get started?
Pickleball is a fun, easy-to-learn, and addictively social racket sport that anyone can pickup in just a few minutes whether or not you've played tennis, badminton, ping pong, padel, or squash before — no prior experience is necessary! It's perfect for all ages and a great way to stay active and healthy with friends, family, and colleagues.
Drop-in anytime between 8am - 9pm daily to give it a try and have some fun! Our friendly team is here to help you get started!
What are your operating hours?
Drop-in anytime between 8am - 9pm daily, no reservations required! If you have questions about special events, social, organized, or competitive play with others, please connect with our friendly team, including through our WhatsApp Community Chat.
Pro tip: Popular times to play with others are typically mornings and evenings so just drop-in to join the community action or book a court if you'd like dedicated game play with your own group at specific times.
Please note these hours are subject to change during our soft launch period.
Can I try pickleball before becoming a member?
Absolutely! Just drop-in for a free, no-strings-attached day of fun, fitness, food & community.
Do you provide paddle and ball rentals?
Yes, we do! Equipment rentals are available at the front desk. You can also buy gear in our pro shop. (Coming soon!)
Do I need experience to play here?
Not at all! We welcome beginners and pros alike. We also offer paddle and ball rentals, as well as a pro shop stocked with all the gear you might need to have fun. Once you're ready for more, try one of our programmes structured for all ages and skill levels, including beginner classes, competitive training, private lessons, and the daily social play.
Do I need a partner or can I come on my own?
Everyone is welcome, whether you're flying solo or coming with a friend, it's easy to pick-up a game with other people and make new friends along the way. That's the best part about Pickleball — its a community sport!
Is Picklers Park kid-friendly?
Very much so! We have a secure, fun-filled play space for kids featuring soft play zones in our Pikkie's Park, and bridges, slides, swings, and more in our Kids Park.
We offer youth programmes, junior lessons, and dedicated play areas for little ones to enjoy while parents play or relax nearby.
Is it safe at Picklers Park for my family?
Absolutely! A safe, clean environment is top priority for us to ensure you and your loved ones have a fun and relaxing time while at our park no matter what time of day you choose to visit.
How does social / open / drop-in play work?
No reservations necessary to play! Although anyone can reserve a dedicated court for a fee, we believe the best way to enjoy pickleball is in an open, social format where everyone can play with anyone. Just find a court, place your paddle in the queue for your next game, and enjoy all the fun, social time in-between.
(The most social times with other people are often during peak hours in the mornings between 7am-12pm and evenings between 5pm-10pm, but you can always bring your entire group and make any time a fun, social experience altogether!)
Do you offer food and beverage services onsite?
Yes! We have a variety of popular food and beverage selections to keep you hydrated and nourished while at the park no matter what time you come and however long you choose to stay.
Do you have court lighting for evening play?
Yes! Our outdoor courts have great lighting and we're open daily until 10pm.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there's plenty of parking for you and your friends all around the park.
Can my cat or dog join the action?
We love animals, but to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of all our guests—especially children—we kindly ask that pets stay at home. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the park a welcoming space for everyone.
Can I rent space for a private event?
Yes, our venue is available for birthday parties, corporate events, team-building sessions, private tournaments and more. Get in touch for packages and pricing.
How do I sign up for a membership?
Simply stop by our front desk. Our friendly team will help you find the best membership for you & your family's needs.
